一進大廳寬敞明亮，酒店也非常整潔乾淨。大堂企鵝雕像拍照很出片！還有大堂舞演出，互動性很強。特別吸引孩子，酒店的噴泉廣場那裡還有小童遊樂場。辦理入住和退房手續快，都是自助的，非常方便。酒店住客買快速腕帶還有打8折的優惠。帶小朋友住企鵝真的方便，5分鐘到海洋王國….自助餐廳和美食街吃飯也很方便！綺夢貼心回訪我的入住體驗，我給出的建議也認真採納記錄，服務讓我感覺非常舒適。

長隆企鵝酒店絕對是帶娃家庭的最佳選擇！酒店的各種貼心設計讓我們倍感輕鬆，酒店管家小康提前確認入住時間，通過微信保持聯繫，入住當天在大堂迎接。小孩子被哄得很好。小朋友特別喜歡，還把小童的洗髮露和沐浴液都帶回家了，因為瓶子都是企鵝形狀的呢。房間的小童用品酒店的設施也十分完善，健身房設備齊全，在忙碌的行程之餘，還能享受運動的樂趣。印象較深刻的是酒店的餐飲服務，早餐種類豐富，既有特色粵菜，也有甜點美食，每一樣都美味可口，讓人回味無窮。酒店有一條走廊直接到園區門口，步行5分鐘左右。帶了小寶寶的，不想走很遠，這樣真的省心，長隆系列首推企鵝酒店哦。

酒店大堂温馨，設計可愛，充滿企鵝元素，香薰味道很好聞。自助餐廳菜品豐富，多種海鮮及特色美食，房間衞生整體很乾凈，設施齊全，需要送物直接致電客房提供。洗手池下方還有給小朋友準備的墊腳防滑板凳，還準備了免費的礦泉水、茶包以及多頭充電器，方便實用，非常貼心，適合家庭出遊的親子酒店。退房後小芹馬上給我來電，細心詢問了我的入住感受和體驗，非常禮貌熱情。
